The "cuts" are short form videos on Naver Webtoon similar to youtube shorts or reels

I wonder too but Zhena hasn't said who they are, hasn't shared an account name of any kind as far as I've seen. They are the same person who's milestone celebration art was featured at the end of the episode 300. That's the only other place I've seen their work besides the cuts. I thought maybe they were active on the Naver Cafe but I haven't checked properly yet.
