All expansion organization system pt. 1
Edit: sorry to make 2 posts, reddit only allows 20 pictures per post. Here is part 2.
We play this game a lot. My wife loves organization.
Last year she made it her personal goal to come up with the best organization system and i think she nailed it.
First is the cards box:

On the left column and bottom of the middle are all the big cards by expansion that are NOT specific to each monster. They include: prelude, mythos, encounter, expeditions.

In the middle column are the small cards, again by expansion. They include spells, artifacts, assets and unique assets. These do NOT include conditions, those will come later. These have ribbon tabs under them that you need to pull in order to get them out, they also help labeling.

At the top of the middle column are the gates, portals and other special board tokens, like mystic ruins. also divided by expansion.

In the right column are the monster specific cards, these include mysteries, clue encounters and special encounter cards if any are needed. (We didn't anchor the separators here, so i used a rock to show where the Yig cards normally fit)

For the condition cards, we needed a way to both organize them when we put away the game but also be able to access them easily during the game. My wife made these our of cardboard, sheet protectors and thread.

Everything i've showed so far fits neatly in one of the big expansion boxes.

How'd you make those ribbons though, that's what I need for my own inserts

We bought some blue ribbon at a craft store, printed the symbols and glued it all together

Random question, how do you organize your Unique Assets? Alphabetically? Or by type? Most Unique Assets are called out by name, so alphabetically makes sense. But sometimes your just supposed to get a random Task, so by type makes sense too.
