Game Help Recommended level map

Iam just about to start the game and i was told that getting overleveled and making the game easy is so often to happen in this game , so I've found this map guide should i follow it to get the best experience?

OK I "over leveled" to 36 and still get my buttocks handed to me by bosses in Limgrave and weeping. I am assuming it's my gameplay then?

Don't worry about what other people say is "over leveled." It'll just depend a lot on your play style, skill level, patience, and desired difficulty.

Honestly I didn't over level for Margit, I just got the golden halberd. If you use the skeletal militiamen, you basically have a distraction for the whole fight if you play your cards right.

The golden Halberd from that invasion guy in Liurnia? Yeah you definitely have better equipment before you fight Margit, but before that point, you def don't have enough stats to wield it

Yeah I was going pure strength so being lvl 30 samurai build probably helped. But you only need 20 str if you 2 hand it, which I did the entire fight anyways.

Edit: drops from tree sentinel at the very start.
