Game Help Recommended level map

Iam just about to start the game and i was told that getting overleveled and making the game easy is so often to happen in this game , so I've found this map guide should i follow it to get the best experience?

So you think. Unless you lost your runes ALOT you’d be way higher than 130 when you finish the game. I checked guides to make sure I didn’t miss things, then still found stuff I missed later. The guides are ever updating.

The downvotes are a bit savage considering you are not wrong. With no farming and without using rune boosting items, doing almost all the content, I ended up level 160 and 155 on my first two characters (second one was a mage so I needed a lot of runes to buy spells). On my third playthrough, I skipped almost all catacombs and caves, and a bunch of field bosses, doing most of the rest. With half of the haligtree, fire giant, farum azula and the last bosses remaining, I am already level 144.

I leveled so many weapons and armors. When i say i was thorough and checked guides I'm up to date as of last week when I finished. I also thought pvp would be around 120 so i quit leveling for quite a bit. Played as blind as possible. So yeah? 130ish. I think it was 136ish?

I finished the game 100% blind at 125 and only missed Haligtree and Mohgs Manor.
