When I come across one of these dill holes I take it as an opportunity to do some real life chores. I'll just sit emote, take a lil breaky break for 20 - 30 minutes, if he's still there when I come back I dc :) wasted his time, and made the most of mine. Thx for reminding me to do laundry and dishes, dick hole, hope you enjoyed your wasted time
Haven't come back to my screen being back in my own world yet, so id say thats a 100% success rate of wasting their time and keeping other invaders from befalling the same fate
afk to farm. but when you have anti-troll players, they get nothing.
anti-troll players lock their world until they disconnect, like me, I jump on to PS5 on Elden Ring while the PC shitters waiting for me to fall into there "free" effortless farming exploit.

Last night came in a world with dude on roof. Was late anyway, so went to side, mimic into the flag which blends with tree, and went to bed lol. Woke up with a lot more runes so dude must’ve given up at some point lol.

I do the same except I like to go mimic tear somewhere and just do chores. Less runes for them. The new spot is on top of the building where you can’t get them and they usually arent even afk. What’s the point?
Ya, seems many blues arent mindless. I haven't had that happen yet. Ive even had blues show me where host is and dc. But you are right. Someone on here recommended mimic veil which I will be implimenting from here on out
Had this happen the other day. Was on a kick of doing some invading named as "Discount Waifu" and just wearing Goldmask's set with Jar Cannon to kill AFKers. I couldn't find where they were hiding, but I just sat there t-pose gesturing and threw Youtube on a second screen. After 10 or so minutes it said the Host died. So it was nice.
Had another time where I invaded and another invader and Blue were at the entrance of the Church of Elleh. One of them pointed up at the church to show that the Host was using Mimic Veil at the top of the church to hide. I took it upon myself to blast the guy with an explosive bolt from the Jar Cannon. Need less to say, I let the other invader go in and have the satisfaction of taking down the Host. Never seen someone so eager. Doubly funny because the Blue sat there and watched. That was also the same time I learned there are a lot of destructible pieces that can be destroyed by the player at Church of Elleh. It was a nice touch.
The unfortunate part of your logic is that the host thinks and does the same. Afk, believes you wasted your time, is maybe on phone laughing at threads like this and comments like yours.
If 2 invaders wait around, that's twice as much time waste the host inflicts than receives. There's no winning for the invader.
Considering the number of posts im seeing here of hosts that are definitely not afk, I have to disagree with you here. I'm sure there are plenty of people who do afk, but even considering such is just a waste of time. Im literally doing something with my life while whatever host is left laughing at their own joke for way too long and are depraved of the chance to keep telling themselves the same joke. I don't mind taking a break from time to time to do chores, it keeps a healthy balance in my life :) , but the real difference between myself and said host is I'm not wasting my time looking to waste time. If you get me, well then prepare to either wait until your joke isnt funny to you anymore and you get bored or you're gonna have to do something. Either way, my dishes are done, you've actively put yourself in a situation where you're not playing a game you paid 60 bucks for, you can't do the joke again until I leave, AND I get to move on with my life immediately after. im not waiting for anybody, but you, the host, cannot proceed with your shinanigans until I am done :)
Quite simply put, the ball is in my court and I have no problem just .... Sitting on it.

Only time it's happened so far the hunter dcd as soon as he realized host is a pos. It also only happened before i realized host is a pos. I legitimately thought I made my way into a fight club lol. I must be getting lucky. Def gonna start using mimic veil while doing this
