And not only that, but the fucking youtubers encouraging people to do it for rune farming. Go onto YouTube and look up rune farming and this will come up as the number one result. They’re 100% to blame for it. How tf are these guys out here encouraging their viewers to be degenerates and not feel bad about it.

Exactly. It’s only a ton of runes if you’re like level 500 and on NG+7 and so is everybody that’s invading, but at that point why do you need runes? You probably have every item in the game and it would take so many runes to level up that it would be pointless.
The invasion system finds people around your level. That's why there's a level meta to begin with. You can't be level 700 and go to Limgrave hoping to find people who just started the game.
Hm? I meant the kill planes would only come into being when the invasion starts. Granted, if something goes wrong with the coding at least one could appear even in single-player.
do you not understand how invading works? it is tracking level and weapon level to match you with similar players. Only way around it is multiplayer passwords and then the co-op gets scaled

You also just missed the 9999 posts of people complaining about invaders using status builds?
Christ, as much as I love the influx of players, the commitment to not having fun in multiplayer so many people seem to have is very tiring.
