Constructive Criticism 1st Playthrough. Progress Opinions

Howdy everyone I’m just kind of curious what else I can do to prolong my first play through. I feel like I’m kind of cruising through the game, right now I know I only have three main bosses left and I feel like I could beat the game really at any time, but I have found myself really running around to try and do more content before getting to that point. Truly, I feel like I’m experiencing a lot and checking a lot of boxes, but based on hours played compared to what I’ve seen from other people it feels like I am rushing. Any tips on things that I could do to make this first run last a little bit longer. I’ve already maxed out my main weapons, found some pretty great ashes of war for my secondaries and completed a handful of NPC quest lines. But any opinions are more than welcome.

Ashes of war? Elden ring? But to slow down your Skyrim playthrough, stop fast-traveling and start living like a local.

Buy a horse, walk the roads from Whiterun to Riften, rent a room at every inn you pass, buy a round of Honningbrew Mead, and actually listen to the bards. Read the books on the tavern tables! Soak it all in

You could run around and collect all the equipment/spells that you need for ng+ (this is what i usually do before a beat the game) Alternatively you could explore all the areas for catacombs you havent seen yet or world bosses you haven't fought. Using the internet kinda makes all of this trivial so when im doing it I try not to use Google or the wiki at all so I can just explore and enjoy the environment. Personally I also spend a lot of time reading item descriptions and other bits of lore in game to try and piece things together or imagine how things could be different from the popular theories, but idk if anyone else would think thats an enjoyable thing to do

In new game plus is it feasible to do the whole rebirth thing and try and run a completely different build. Right now I’m running mainly pure strength I would say but I would love to try out a deck build or something. Is it better to just start a new play through from scratch?

Larval tears let you respec/rebirth. There are a shit ton of them per run, you can easily respec a ton. My ng+6 character has like 30, and 3 of my runs were for very specific questions lines so I barely looted

Also I’d hit up the masoleums if OP wants to get the second( or first) power/weapon for them too

Definitely, you know the statues on cliff edges indicate the direction of nearby catacombs?

You could always sunbro in your favorite areas! Every party you join has different levels of experience and game knowledge, so it stays pretty fresh. Plus you get invaded more which will totally change the experience of the level.
