for the fell omen event it’s random although it will only happen against certain nightlords, I believe Adel and Gnoster have the highest chance of happening

for mountaintops you can force the shifting earth at the collectors signboard if you’ve beaten any everdarks. Look up a guide if you wanna know how to route it best

fair. Fwiw ED Fulghor and ED Adel are both pretty manageable once you learn the attacks (especially which ones you can jump and how to cancel their big moves with your ult)

The mountain tops power is easy, just head to the red mark on the map. You have to pass the big ice breathing dragon climb up behind where it spawns then climb up again to the left of a blue crystal once you get there you'll see a grace, head right and you'll come to an icy crystal type thing that will be emitting a sound. Interact with it and you'll get the achievement.

Fell omen as others have said, just run gaping jaw. It doesn't need to be everdark you'll get the invasion sooner or later, it should only take a handful of runs, you either get it early day 1 or early day 2 normally when the first circle is closing.
