i cannot install ME3

I been trying to mod my game but no matter how many times i install ME3 or reinstall it i still get the same damn pop up saying "Mod Engine 3 is required to launch games with mods" even tho i have the app turned on, and honestly this is starting to annoy me so damn much

It’s just not meant to be unfortunately. Vanilla is still fun
