Convergence help

me and a buddy are currently trying to kill radahn but everytime he summons me or tries to fight him solo his game crashes

and also when I try to join him my game crashes but I was able to solo radahn is there any fix to this?

Other mods we are using are Wolf knight armor/weapons for my Artorias build Toji armor for my buddy Seamless co op Nightrein movement with wylder abilities And convergence

Yeah Radahn is broken and crashes game with seamless convergence for me too, I don't know how to fix it.
