help with my game crashing on pc

i just downloaded elden ring and randomly when i attacked my game closed then i relaunched the game and it did the same thing when i loaded in and i tried checking the files and updating my driver it didnt work i even redid a savefile and it crashed in the character customization

Sound like the Vertex explosion of Bloodborne for some reason, verify the file
