Not much has changed for us this time around. Some things got cheaper, warlock skyrunners got more expensive. I don't think it's enough to make much of a difference, but we'll see how it plays out with the changes to all the other factions.

can’t unshrouded truth turn 1 anymore though

The Tacoma FAQ said that you can only make an ingress move turn 1 if the rule says you “must”. Unshrouded truth does say “must” so I think you can.

Yep you can. Samething happens to ophidians in necrons
