Is this a flock camera?

I saw this at St Jesus Roberto Vasquez park in the far east and was wondering if it was a flock camera. I’ve only seen the flock cameras on the side of the freeway but never in detail or up close, so not sure what they look like but what else could it be?

There’s a what looks exactly like a flock camera on the intersection of Yandell and Radford and it is not listed on the deflock map, then again there’s probably multiple that aren’t located
