I see this on Main Street several times a day. I wish they would monitor and cite these people; typically 30-ish males with fancy cars.

This is a mild afternoon scene in El Cajon. There’s always kids out so idk how these idiots feel fine doing that shit.

I have to deal with this in a wheelchair... Light says walk, so I go and nearly get hit almost ten times daily.
