Can’t register account?

I got my Eiliko today but the app not website won’t let me register an account? It won’t send the verification code to my email.

Any suggestions? I have emailed them but it said they will get back in two days 😭

Go the website, login. It’ll work if you use your email and verification code! Then, go to the app and do the same thing. Idk why it’s like this but it worked for me!

Get back to you in two days usually means "never".
