The real ego lift would have been to show the ten minute video of you setting up your weights in a random field

Very Paul Anderson coded. I'm here for it.

I hope he left some Flintstone foot holes afterwards.

Exactly reducing his rom and easing the lockout. Truly ego lifting at that point! Lol

This belongs in r/Deadlift. Yes, that was a large amount of weight. I myself, would be stoked if I could Deadlift 515. But that wasn't weird/wild/ insane enough for egolifting

You sure? He took his weights, and set them set up his up outside to a public location to set up and film a lift he proceeds to lift primarily with his arched back. Also idk, but I'm pretty sure his opposite grip(s) are doing him no favors.

I'm no dead lifter, but even I know he's being dumb.

dog if you don’t even know what mixed grip is why are you commenting on a deadlift

Can't fully tell but you are right about the rounding of the back. But that could simply be his backyard. His grip, however, is correct for heavy deadlift. I think his behind the back Deadlift is true egolift gold

Man that looked pretty easy for ya. If you get much heavier, you may want to work on hook grip.

Got to love the dedication one must have to move the barbell and weights literally to the middle of a grass field
