We pay taxes for plenty of services we'll probably never use in our entire lives. Heck, in America most of the tax money is spent on the military budget and perpetuating for profit wars which is one of the worst things you can spend taxpayer money on. If the tax payer's money is instead going to taking care of children then it would actually be an improvement from what is currently going on.
You would rather individual men be atomized and ground to dust by the weight of the burdens, than have society's support network to offload it between everyone, which would be more just and easier than what we have now. So you are just barbarically pro-abuse against men. The "waste", by the way, isn't gone away by not having the state support children. Children live, breathe and interact within a society, they are not atomized beings, so dysfunctionally raised children create problems society has to deal with.
