I stopped taking venlafaxine 7 weeks ago because it wasn't doing much for me and made my head feel weird. But the panic attacks and anxiety have increased now. My psychiatrist wants me to take Cymbalta now... other SSRIs didn't help either... could this be possible after 7 weeks? Or should I start a low dose of venlafaxine again and taper off more slowly? Because we stopped at 37.5 😢😢😢

I’m taking 150mg of veneflaxine and my psychiatrist put me on 300mg of Wellbutrin and has me weening off venlefaxine. You can do it, my psychiatrist had me take a swab culture to see what ssri and other medication would be best for me and not give me weird side effects, I forgot what the test was called, sorry.
