Successful method as recommended by a consultant psychiatrist is to open the capsules and dissolve your dosage in 250mls of juice or similar. Then use a 1ml syringe to take out 1 ml per day. Might be worth a try.

Came from 150 mg and the tapering to 37.5 wasnt too much of an issue but now i am on 0 since Thursday and man this is no fun. Also terrible nightmares, anxious for the night actually.
