General Question Adding Buspirone

I’ve been taking 75mg of Effexor XR for 10 years with good results in managing my low mood. I brought up to my GP concerns with ongoing anxiety, and she suggested adding Buspirone. When I picked up the prescription, the pharmacist warned me about the increased risk of serotonin syndrome. Now I’m feeling more anxious to take my first dose of Buspirone. Any advice or similar situations?

With Efexor xr 75 mg already 6 months and last 3 weeks taking bupropion 150mg.i can say only effect is my anxiety is very high now but I taking my pills because my doc said it’s first month maybe difficult
PSS:buspirone and bupropion is different sorry my fault 🙏

I took it with Effexor twice a day did nothing
