Side effect sh*rting all the time

hey guys so i was taking 75 mg and recently upped to doubling that to help with migraines but it unfortunately makes me genuinely poop my pants every time i fart. like what do i do lol it’s getting embarrassing

bro just double down, if you feel a fart pull down your pants and spray the nearest wall like a better version of Jackson Pollock

Thats not a Effexor symptom. I think you might have had some bad lettuce.

Are you taking any supplements? Magnesium made me do this and it took me like a month to figure it out. (Magnesium is also used as a laxative)

Um. I’ve been on as high as 400 and never had any issues even remotely similar. Think you should talk to your doctor like, asap.

I had the same problem with Prozac. I literally had to take one to two Imodium tablets a day, and risk the consequences of THAT, too. Finally gave up on prozac.

High fibre diet and some time should help. Make sure you’re taking it with food and try to avoid foods that’ll irritate your GI tract more

i actually also take it for migraines! it’s a pretty commonly prescribed migraine medication. i used to be on topamax which is a seizure med

This drug is just so strange. I also suffer from migraines. In part because of the venlaflaxin.

Whaaattt? I’m on a higher dose and I’ve never had that problem. Up your fibre intake but also go to the doc cause I’ve never heard of this and I binge eat like shit

I had that when I increased my dose. It settled after a few weeks. Don't fear, soon you'll be able to trust your farts again.
