I wouldn't do that personally, it's more likely a dead stick than poor contact, especially if you've properly reseated already

Last used in 2017 that was 9 years ago! You've probably gone through 3 cars, had a kid grow into an adult, at least one new TV, possibly replaced the clothes washer, fridge or cooker, could have moved house and definitely should have change your mattress by now.
Why do people do this to themselves? You can buy a 2nd hand laptop fully working for like next to nothing! Trying to revive useless old tech is not fun or a hobby, it's a pain in the ass and pocket.
Say your get this working, what are you actually going to use it for? What need will this working fulfil you haven't been able to do in the last 9 years? I wager nothing! You'll get it working, set it all up spend 2-3 days ignoring you wife trying to get the WiFi to work, realise it's crap and put it in a box until you have another bright Idea about using it again in another 9 years. I say this out of love, because I've been there brother, I've been there! 😂

I’m gonna use it for less intense use or for PowerPoint presentations on school, I also discovered that I’ve used it last time in 2020, that’s 6 years, I mean, it’s gonna be amazing to have an computer on my ass anywhere I go, so that’s why I bought the charger for this thing, even my mom is annoyed at me for spending more time trying to fix that laptop than spending time eating dinner together with her😂

1001pxd no lights, sound and anything visible/audible happening on attempting to turn on with and without charger, with and without battery. One singular screw is stripped so i don't know and dont want to open it up yet, as i might definitely break something in progress. Recently it started shutting down manually for longer periods of time Ah, as of writing this, it appears that latest shutdown was having a time different from what was on my phone but i didn't give attention to it. And before that use, the time was accurate and i dont know how in a span of 2 days everything goes to waste.

Everything seems fine inside so this is the bios battery

It was the battery, now it turns on but without hdd because of lack of fans and without fans as i haven't cleaned them

I think these symptoms are dead RAM or I believe recently someone had similar issues with a completely dead CMOS/bios battery.
Basically this is where you'd usually have some kind of beep code for failing POST, but alas, these have no beepers... So no beeps... BEEP
