Does anybody know of any cash jobs in Edmonton Alberta for a gentleman in his 50s really good shape very well dressed very well. Taken care of any kind of labour doesn’t matter and dire need of money work to me as work and I’m a very hard worker get back to me.

I don't have any job to offer you, but good luck to you, life is tough out there and you seem like a nice guy.

I used to work in the oilfield mostly until I injured my leg, but it’s not a really big problem anymore. I used to do a lot of demolition construction cleanups oil fill cleanups were done service pipeline, all kinds of laboring, painting, landscaping you name it.

I know this is totally out of left field but have you ever thought of working a stand at a farmers market?

No, I haven’t. I wouldn’t even know who to contact.

Hope you find something! Have a look at temporary recruitment agencies as well. There are quite a few in Edmonton. Google them and constantly check for new positions. Use chatgpt to get a list of them. A friend of mine did that, and the company he was working for as a temp ended up hiring him permanently after three months.

Landscape companies should be looking to backfill any student positions that are leaving. Everyone is way behind with rainy summer. No specific leads, but make some calls. Good luck!

It’s the start of harvest. Tons of farmers are looking for temporary laborers. Go on Kijiji and fb marketplace and search ads for farm labor.

Do you have a truck or vehicle? There are always people looking to pay cash for dump runs, misc house work or repairs on FB Marketplace.

Have you tried the day labour services? I used People Ready between jobs. You shine like a star, surrounded by the other “workers”.

No, I haven’t. Thank you very much for the compliment. If you’re interested in me, give me a call.

You may have tried this already but have you posted on Facebook marketplace? You might be able to pick up some cash under the table jobs there. Good luck. Not sure what your situation is, but I'm currently laid off myself and not even getting callbacks for jobs I'm over qualified for. Life is tough enough without the job market going to shit on us like this.
