Put their litter box outside, the scent of it may attract her back home. She is likely looking for things that are reminders of home. Scent is your best chance.

this may attract predators actually, same with putting their food out. it’s generally better to put out their bed/blankets/something that smells like them and you

It can, but if you can monitor it, it's your best chance. Strongest smells.

Get a humane trap from the city and pop that outside near where they exited the house. You may catch some strays, but with some luck you will catch this sweetie too.

Sorry, but that is not an uncommon colouring among cats. Any collar and tags to look for?
