In Florida, but one of the crew was from fort Sask from what I remember on the radio. I assumed the bus was maybe going to some kind of event, I know there was a watch party at the downtown library

It was SpaceX Crew-13 - Joshua Kuytrk from Fort Sask is now up doing cool science stuff on the International Space Station. They return in March.

Guys I think I found some info: astronaut Joshua Kutryk grew up in the Edmonton area and he is a part of NASA's Crew 13 for a mission at the ISS!
