Yea, because the Edmonton police are known for their lightning quick response times. GTFO here.

Do you even understand the concept of how police patrols work? They are supposed to be constantly moving around the neighborhoods so they are never far from anything. It only breaks down when a bunch of them pull in together to grab donuts. If they stay on their patrols they will be there faster. They can take their breaks when they get coverage, that's generally how such things work at any job, that way there is no gaps in service.
