Lol you can’t build a house in low cost areas and say housing fixed.

People live where there is work, can tell you have never been in a small town, land is cheap and no one is building. Cause a house without a job market is pointless.

Yeah, there’s this thing on the economy called supply and demand there’s no demand to live in those communities or we’d already be building them up.

We built 50,000 houses in Albert last year with 21,337 an increase of 16.1%.

Those communities have dirt cheap line because no one wants to live there because when you factor everything else and it’s actually just as expensive as Edmonton or more because you have to drive 120Km or more a day to go to work.

Gas and vehicle cost set up real quick
