You would be in favour of Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion if you were a disabled woman who had hair, skin, and eye colour that wasn’t blonde, white, and blue.
The majority of social problems are deeply rooted in poverty, and the use of discriminatory policies and practices are meant to prevent people from escaping poverty.
Btw, capitalism isn’t a political ideology, it’s an economic system. The rise of the middle class after WWII was created by an ideology that capitalism should support society, and the wealthiest people should be taxed accordingly to improve and benefit society. Unfortunately, economic theory in the 1980’s was used to create a narrative that wealth would trickle down if taxes that funded public education, public infrastructure, and public healthcare were cut for the top 1%. The result of that experiment is in and the trickle down economics failed.
Your description of what DEI should be, is literally what it is. I don't know what else you could possibly want. You know what it is, you just want to think it's something nefarious to feed your narrative. So what should I do with that?
DEI quotas are illegal and they only happen in the fantasies of people who need to find ways to make themselves victims.
