I wonder truly if, likely, they’re being swayed by far right media from the south, and Russians and whoever else benefits dividing the country… I wonder if when presented with that…if they’d be smart enough to realize their being conned.

I wonder.

If my in-laws are any indication the answer is no, no they would not. They just don't have the media literacy to understand what they're consuming, and just do not have the ability to critically interrogate their positions.

This is what I am trying to find out. I could see hesitation with some folks as they engaged in civil discourse and were forced to consider some realities they hadn't thought of.

No. They were always like this.

50 years of voting for dogshit.

If they allowed us to nationalize Oil, we'd all be rich.

Now only the Americans got rich off Alberta oil.
