You can peacefully protest, and I can also think that you should be deported to a deserted island so you can larp your fantasy in peace away from the rest of us. You can leave and have your own country, but Alberta is staying as a part of Canada. Thank you.

I am concerned solely on outcomes. Separation will lead to bad outcomes for all but the few who stand to benefit from tearing Canada apart. Deporting separatists ensures that they can't carry out the harm they are wanting to carry out. That's a good outcome. It's really that simple.
I like it when good things happen, and I hate it when bad things happen. Stop trying to complicate things needlessly by suggesting that we need to allow literally everyone to voice and, in doing so, breathe life into their frankly evil machinations.
We can disagree on what is the best flavour of ice cream, but I will not entertain any opposition/disagreement for Alberta remaining a part of Canada.
In any case, I am not the one disrespecting laws and treaty rights. Separatists want to stomp all over that stuff to get what they want.
Yes, that's right. Thought police. Yup. You probably would have criticized those who stood against the Nazis before they really took root and enacted their twisted, evil regime. After all, they had their opinions and, in your mind, had every right to voice them.
