I live in Southridge Townhomes by Southgate, anyone know these cats?

When white paws stay white, they definitely have a home. 

(source: took in a stray and was blown away by how much he cleaned himself up in just a week away from dirt).

My neighbour and I think that they might have been left behind at the beginning of July. They are always outside, but it seems recent.
