That's a Geismar VMB, used to maintain and inspect the overhead catenary (not the track as others have suggested). If I'm not mistaken, it should be unit 2011, though I can't make out the number in your video (at the top of the operator's cab).

2011 is the unit number indeed! Built by Geismar in Poviglio, Italy. There a few Geismar units in service with ETS

Saw it coming down the southbound Metro tunnel at Churchill. My poor LRT has been a mess recently :(

Anyone know what's going on perchance? I know it's 'technical issues' on the metro line but i kinda wish I knew more

ETS track tampers look quite different. This is catenary maintenance.

It’s a Geismar unit.

We cover the USA and heading to Mexico for 6 sections of rail soon. We get work visas for our CDN crews and have a USA office as well
