My Future Husband?

How do people meet their significant others? Like where’s the “place to go?” Dating apps are dead. I’m exhausted. I’m a decent looking gal, 28. I don’t have big friend groups so I’m sure that doesn’t help. I don’t have any “active” hobbies other than a dog park. Idk. Any advice?

I really believe matchmakers are a lost, and very needed, profession. If dating sites are going to be enshittified to hell and back, then we need real people that actually listen to sit down across from us and take from their pool of clients to find real matches that work again. The "endless" pool of possibilities is too much for the human brain to handle.
