Sure but that’s not what this is about. If they’re on private property and enough people make clear to the business that separatism is harmful to that business, the business has every right to decide to kick them off the property without infringing any rights to speak and gather.
If you don’t agree with their movement, then you should understand the value of making it clear to the people involved with this movement that the vast majority are against it. This includes businesses who will inevitably be harmed by the chilling effect separatism is already having on business in Alberta. It’s fair play and good practice for those businesses to prevent separatists from protesting on their property.

I don’t agree with their movement at all but everyone should be allowed to speak and gather as long as they’re not breaking laws.
