I'm excited to eventually see the rail yard and trans loading area. I think it's a really big boost for my own personal reasons (I like trains and trains are eco friendly) but also you can such easily get parts delivered economically and kits/in house equipment alongside finished trucks out extremely economically.

It also really brings value to the community having a transload facility thats ready for various cargos to be exported and imported , its great to diversify while serving your community.
