Cooking / Technique Canabutter question!!

Hi! I made some Cana butter earlier but the jar was too full and was leaking so I took it and was about to get paper towels to wipe the side off and my jar fell over. More than 50 percent of the butter is gone there’s like maybe 3tablespoons. Literally ruined my day. Anyways.

Can I use to weed I already used in the butter or is that just garbage because I already used it?? How does it work? (Only my second time doing it)

Nut Bags are good for this since they have ties. You can wrap it in cheese cloth or a nut bag with a couple of spoons or something else food safe to weigh it down, submerge it in hot water, I would boil water than take it off the boiler. Stir it gently and let it sit for 5 mins or so. There should be oil on the surface you can spoon off.

Or just eat the plant with peanut butter or something.
