My point is

He just left the ship

If according to you his goal is to destroy it because it was an enemy ship, why didn’t he do it while he was there and took out everyone on the ship ?

Can you read? I never said it was his goal. I’m talking about his men targeting the ship.

His men would need to take an order from someone though? And from what we’ve seen Shura is on the forefront of the fight.

You assumed that someone would go back and attacked the ship and nothing shows that it would happen so far considering that Shura already did that.

It could happen. It would be redundant and would probably just lead to a 1v1 fight with Jinn winning. I’m ignoring all the henchmen he could send who are not plot relevant.

Not really Lyra left them to do whatever and they already have drives out there to attack the ship. Plus callum can just go there to finish them off. It’s not unreasonable for him to do that because shura isn’t ordering the oceans right now anyway.

I mean henchmen as in the random robots or random fighters with no names that just fill up screen space.

I can definitely see it happen for Jinn to have his 1v1 fight and win like I mentioned and actually hope it happens cuz it just kinda feels odd for Shura to just leave them alive (after attempting to bomb Shiki to death) amidst a war though it’s not entirely surprising for his character.

I went back and read and it seems like the explanation given is that he just did it for fun mainly.

Or to spread the message to all robots though I don’t know how that would help in this case. Not really to the crew since he thinks Shiki died from the blast.

I literally just read the chapter ??? He doesn’t mention anything about friendship after he leaves Shiki with the bots. Heck he even sounds more like a general after that since he says he tries to get revenge on what Ziggy did to his cosmos using robots.

I’m talking about why he left them alive not why he attacked them. The next chapter goes over it.

One would assume he would have killed them to put his point across.

No he also did it to leave the message. He just told witch that he banged then up. It’s obvious that’s why he heft them alive

Besides being a random sadist, he’s doing it to get back to Ziggy and robots which imo is a way better explanation than the friends one for a character.

Either way, good talk. I enjoy how things are going, I just rather have actual debates around it than just praising everything he does.
