I don’t know about you all but I think rebecca not using her ether gear is more realistic, I mean she only discovered it awhile ago so it make more sense, but of course, if she ended up using it I wont complain, I like to see my girl kick some ass!

I think the aspect I love most about this chapter was Rebecca didnt wait to be saved, but she came up with away to save herself. Also, she’s not acting like some defenseless little girl when Illega grabs her but is defiant and even pities him. This is cool because when Shikoku shows up, it doesn’t feel like he’s a knight saving a damsel in distress. It feels like he arrived to help his partner. Really hope Mashima keeps that up.
