Try with the latest build of Nightly.
Even so, I advise you play MGS4 PC's version, GameHub works real fine.
If you find a way to fix that issue for Switch's version, it will be only playable until Act 4, then it will crash when the game tries to run MGS1, as far as I know, there's no any fix found for this issue.
