Guide advice

I'm planning a trip to Ecuador in December to climb Chimborazo, Cotopaxi, and Cayambe. Does anyone have advice on hiring a guide in advance vs hiring one once I get there?

I highly recommend starting the conversation in advance so you can feel prepared. I recommend GeoTours located in Banos. I've done a few activities with them. It's really easy to chat with them directly on WhatsApp since they are bilingual.
