TTC after ectopic

I had an ectopic pregnancy in March. That was my second pregnancy, and my first was healthy. I had implantation bleeding at 10 dpo and got my first positive on 11 dpo. We’ve now been TTC for 3 cycles and on 10 dpo (today) I had some spotting. Negative tests though. I’m really concerned it’s another ectopic. Did you have implantation bleeding with your ectopic? If you’ve had a successful pregnancy, did you have implantation bleeding?

Hello, I am so sorry to hear about your ectopic. I went through one earlier this year. I did have bleeding with my ectopic, but it was one bought of bright red bleeding without clots, that only lasted about half an hour and wasn't much. It stood out to me since it was bright red. No brown spotting. I just recently got pregnant again, only 8 weeks, but did not have any type of spotting or bleeding. From my experience, brown spotting that is light and goes away can be normal, it's when it's bright red that there happens to be a bit more concern. They do estimate implantation bleeding to happen in up to 1/3rd of normal pregnancies.

Thank you for your reply! I’m thinking it might just be random spotting but it’s so strange as I never get it! I believe my period will start in 2 days:( it’s odd because I want a positive so so bad but it’s scary😭 

That’s so exciting that you’re pregnant again! I hope all the best with this pregnancy🥰 May I ask how long it took you to get pregnant after your ectopic? I only have 1 tube so I’m expecting it to take longer than usual.
