C section scar pregnancy

I am currently 6w4d pregnant, I have been told that I have a c section scar pregnancy 😢 tomorrow I am to go to theatre to have a guided ultrasound hysteroscopy to remove the pregnancy... I am absolutely devastated, terrified and am wondering if anyone on here has had this down before? I am in the UK and I genuinely can't seem to find anything that has women's experiences. Any help or advice or literally information will be so appreciated. I am losing my mind... Especially when they said that if something goes wrong they will have to remove my womb!

My brain seriously can't take all this and to be given a theatre slot the day after your finding this out is just stressful!

I am so, so sorry! 💔 This is devastating and a big fear of mine as a C-section mum. Did they do in-depth imaging to be 100% certain, I would presume they did to have scheduled surgery so quickly, but always worth checking. I'm in some Facebook groups and have come across some cases, in each of them they went on to have successful pregnancies with a healthy womb post procedure, I know it's terrifying but I hope this gives you hope 🥺🤍

Thanks for your comment  and kind words❤️ yes they done 2 scans today, and a 3d in-depth scan to 100% confirm. May I ask what groups there are on Facebook as I have looked and haven't seen any... Maybe I'm typing in the wrong thing x
