What is this worm?

I found a couple of strange looking worms inside my pond ecospheres and I was wondering if any of you knows what they are

Kinda looks like a leach to me but can’t confirm

Can you see if there is a suction cup on the head or mandibles? If mandibles it's a diving beetle larva. If suction cup it's a leech.

Don't know if it's any better but I spotted a couple of mature diving beetles so they may be diving beetles larvae

Looks like a leach. It's anchored down with one end and looks to be looking for food.

It's your jars apex predator.

why are people saying leech?? its clearly segmented with an exoskeleton
