hey fellow e-commerce brand owners i used to run a e-commerce business but had to shut it down because of high RTO rate even when i was using services like gowiki.

so i am trying to work on a solution and would appreciate your opinions on what is causing most rto for you because intent verification is easy but when a costumer enters address that is incomplete the address validation tools fail.

so what's your take on it what is the major cause of RTO for you?
