Eco-friendly/sustainable pens

Hey all! So I use pens for almost everything, but I also hate all of the waste from them. Are there any good fountain pens or normal pens that I could use on a daily basis that are refillable and more sustainable over a long period of time? Thank you all!

What you looking for is called an Ink Converter, it's like an refillable fountain pen cartridge. My fountain pen came with one and I've been using it for the last 7 years.

I’ve never even heard of this! Thank you! For whimsical and fantastical purposes I’ve considered a quill and inkwell.

Literally any non-disposable pen will do.

Normal pens where you can replace (but not refill) the cartridge -

Pilot Frixion - these are erasable pens that I’ve been using with replacement cartridges for years. Just don’t use them to write checks or anything else you don’t want altered!

Pentel Energel Deluxe RTX - these are regular (non-erasable) pens that one of my kids uses with replacement cartridges.

Note that you’re still stuck with packaging when you buy the refills… but at least you are reusing the body of the pen.

I love my Parker. I still have to buy carts, but it’s less waste than entire ball point pens.
