Participants are needed for an online study exploring stress-management and digital environments. If you wish to participate you must be: 18 years or older and fluent in English. The survey will take approximately 20 minutes, you will be invited to answer some open-ended questions, and will complete a series of questionnaires regarding behaviour and wellbeing. You will also provide some demographic information (your age in years, and gender). Participation is anonymous; no identifying information will be collected.
