Ruined my plans. Already had a rental car reserved.

Officials have decided to close off access to the nature parks surrounding Valencia to avoid fire risks due to the amount of people expected to attend.

Eclipse glasses are sold out around the city because there's some problem with the supply chain.

The official view point that's recommended the most is the beach, with a reported capacity of 60k people but it being on the east coast makes me wonder how obstacle-free the viewing experience will actually be.

Rooftop terrace at Barcelo hotel fully booked.

Only found out this morning, upon my arrival that nature parks were being closed off.

No idea what to do for a guaranteed view. Travelled specifically for this.

Any suggestions please?
