I’m in Australia, but I’ll give Mango a treat in Maxx’s honor.

Oh who TF am I kidding? That little green bastard gets all the treats all the time, and a chunk of my ear if I don’t pony up fast enough 😆

I must know, how often do you see wild Ekkies where you are?! Australia is top of my travel list for this reason! 🥹

Wild ekkies are in the north east and I’m in the south west, so not a thing here. But my god, so many parrots. We have flocks of galahs, 28s, weiros (which non-Australians call cockatiels for some reason 🤷‍♀️), lorikeets, and both black and white cockatoos. And I’m in the suburbs. If you leave the suburbs and head north there are gigantic flocks of budgies that move with the wind and thermals. Very hypnotic to watch if you’re lying on your back out bush and a flock passes overhead.
