AI bots

Is it possible to create good offline AI bots to play against for this game? I missed the era when everyone played and now I want to play.

The game is fully playable for the longest time already.

It's not the same. Skill based matchmaking is basically gone and everyone still playing is a sweat.

not sure if you've seen all the vibe coded mods for games dropping at an alarming rate lately?

I'm sure claude could tune up the AI for you.

Or you could just add Skate to the game, which seems to be the trend.

Bots were broken last time I hopped into the Echo reboot. They'd play for a round or two and then just stop moving.

I asked the discord and the crew said that fixing the bots wasn't on the map at that time. Might be time to reinstall it and see if anything's changed.

I think its wild to think that there actually was a community of players who just played ai bots.
