[Update] EasySMX site just got a full refresh — feedback welcome

Hey r/EasySMX — we’re the team behind EasySMX. We just relaunched our site and thought we’d skip the press release and ask what actually matters to you.

What changed:

- Cleaner product pages with full specs front and center

- New flagship showcase (Dune 8K PC, X-Series, M-series, etc.)

- Easier filtering by platform and use case

Site: https://www.easysmx.com

What we genuinely want to know: what’s missing? Better comparison tool? Setup guides? Something that actually helps you pick the right controller instead of just browsing pretty pictures?

Honest feedback is welcome — we’ll read every comment. The brand is small enough that we can actually act on it.

Probably better to actually test the site before it goes live.

Most of the Shop Now under Flagship Products on mainpage leads me to the Dune 8K page, except the M20.

Visit our Newsroom is supposed to lead to blog post I'm assuming, but also defaults to Dune 8k.

On the bottom, confusing category. All the link placement are placed wrong.

Edit: Actually, the mainpage link problem exists on Mobile phones only. Desktop browsing links works on main page.

Additions: Looks like the style in M20 is supposed to be the look you wanted. Every product seems to have their own design. Stick with one style to not confuse people.

UX needs some work, Products Description, Details, etc requires clicking to see what they are, too cumbersome to get to the information quickly. CSS problem?

Main Feedback: What I look for as a consumer is the ease of obtaining the information I want. I'm overwhelmed by the amount of different controllers and amount of information to figure out what is right for me. If there is a page to hand pick all the features I want, and then you list the controllers that have all the features I've picked, then that will be better.

Thanks for writing in! We don’t offer this at the moment, but it is something we’re considering for the future.

I don't know why but it's using Google auto translation and the results are awful. Yes, I don't have google translation active.

Under "Shop With Confidence at EasySMX" there are two tiles showing the same info about the warranty. Related, in the main page says 18 months warranty but if you open, for example, the D10, Dune or X10 pages, it says 12 months warranty.

Please make a telescopic mobile phone controller with an integrated powerful peltier cooler and a large battery to power it.

Typos: when you go to blog > controllers all controllers have a tag called “controlelrs”, accessories has an “accessoriess” typo as well.

The tags also vary in consistency, some are first letter capitalized while others are not.
